This Week's Highlights Gabbi Molen — Middleton (7-1, +2-0 this week)
Gabbi and doubles partner Tia Marston just keep winning. The Middleton duo picked up two more victories this week — a 6-1, 6-2 win over Skyview and a 6-0, 6-2 win over Vallivue — extending their current winning streak to six straight matches after their only loss of the season back on March 24th. Gabbi's doubles TRPR rating has climbed to 12.5, among the highest across the state. Through eight matches, the Molen-Marston partnership has become one of the most dominant doubles teams in the valley.
Heidi McMillan — Boise (7-1, +2-1 this week)
Heidi continues to show her versatility, adding another singles win to her resume this week. She also picked up a doubles win with Savah Marsh against Owyhee (6-0, 6-1), keeping that partnership perfect, while taking her first singles loss of the season against Hillcrest's Brinley Nelson. Heidi’s ability to contribute across both singles and doubles keeps her among the most complete players.
Sofia Guzman — Bishop Kelly (5-1, +3-0 this week)
Sofia is heating up in a big way. In addition to her dominant doubles performances — including a 6-0, 6-0 shutout and an 8-0 pro-set win — she added a singles victory to her growing résumé. That’s now four straight wins, and she continues to show she can impact matches in multiple formats. Her doubles TRPR remains among the top in the group.
Ryan Emerson — Bishop Kelly (5-1, +3-0 this week)
Ryan had another strong stretch, adding a mixed doubles win to go along with his singles and doubles success. His 8-1 pro-set singles win and dominant doubles play highlight his growing role as a true all-court contributor. With wins now across singles, doubles, and mixed, Ryan is emerging as one of the most versatile players.
David Wang — Bishop Kelly (4-1, +2-0 this week)
David continues his steady rise, picking up another singles win to move to 4-1 on the season. His consistency stands out — not just winning, but winning convincingly. David’s progression has been impressive to watch.
Colton Symes — Eagle (3-0, +1-0 this week)
Colton is back in action and still unbeaten. He added another doubles win to move to 3-0 on the season, maintaining a perfect record. As Eagle continues league play, Colton looks poised to keep building momentum.
What We're Watching Gabbi's streak — Six straight doubles wins with Tia Marston and the highest rating among our captains. How far can this run go? Heidi’s all-court impact — Now adding to both her singles and doubles totals, she continues to be one of the most complete players in the field. Bishop Kelly's depth — Sofia, Ryan, and David all continue stacking wins. Three captains on one team makes BK a serious contender when the postseason arrives. Ryan’s versatility — Singles, doubles, and now mixed — he’s becoming a true utility weapon. Colton’s momentum — Back on court and still perfect. Expect him to stay in the win column.
We'll be back next week with another update. The season is heating up.
